Day1: Arrival
/ Transfer to Kampala
Upon arrival a representative from Muka East African Safaris
will meet you at the Entebbe International Airport to transfer
you to your accommodation in Entebbe. Our representative will
also help you to make last minute shopping, money exchange
and any banking transactions that you may require.
Day 2: Kampala to Murchison Falls national park
Begin the panoramic drive North West via Luwero triangle and
Masindi Town for lunch before proceeding to Murchison Falls
National Park. Upon arrival in the afternoon head for the
magnificent Murchison Falls on the Top of the fall where you
will marvel at the mighty Nile, being forced into a seven
meter crevice to thunder 45 meters below in a series of cascades.

Day 3: Game
Drive and Boat Cruise
Start the day with an early morning game drive on the northern
bank in search of those animals that are unique to the African
Savannah like giraffe, antelope, lion, elephant, and the Uganda
kob. The bird life is also impressive, with the eagle being
one of the prized sightings and the rare shoebill. During
the game drive request your guide to show you the Congo Blue
Mountains, on a clear morning. After lunch, proceed for a
launch cruise on the Nile River. The cruise takes you to the
Bottom of the thundering falls where you will see huge crocodiles,
hippos, buffaloes, elephants and a variety of water birds
like herons, cormorants, ducks, bee-eaters, kingfishers, skimmers,
fish eagles and sometimes the rare shoebill. Overnight and
dinner at red chilli Rest Camp/Sambiya River Lodge/Paara Lodge/Nile

Day 4: Murchison
Falls to Fort Portal – Kibale national park
Depart for Fort Portal Kibale Primate Park. Check in at Ndali
Lodge / Primate Lodge/ Chimpanzee Forest Guesthouse. Day
5: Chimpanzee tracking and Bigodi Swamp walk
In the morning after breakfast proceed to Kibaale National
Park visitors’ reception for briefing. Kibale Forest
is reputable for the greatest variety and highest concentration
of primates in East Africa. In the afternoon transfer to
the Bigodi Swamp for another, totally different nature walks.
The Bigodi Swamp Walk is an initiative of the local community
and is known for its rich diversity of birds and primates.
Return to your accommodation for dinner.

Day 6: Semliki
National park
After breakfast visit Semuliki National park in Budibugyo.
Viewing the scenic Rwenzori Mountains, the hot springs and
if possible the pygmies will make your holiday a memorable
experience. Add a taste to your safari by taking a Night game
drive looking for the rare species leopard, Night jars etc.
Overnight at Luxury Semuliki Lodge. Day 7: Semuliki
to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Take a morning game drive/nature walk, and drive to Queen
Elizabeth National Park. Check in at Mweya Safari Lodge/Jacana
Safari Lodge/ Ishasha Wilderness Camp.
Day 8: Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Early Morning game drive, head for the mating ground of
the Uganda Kobs and the a search for the tree climbing Lions,
elephants, buffaloes, if luck the Leopard and many bird
species. Return to your accommodation for Lunch/ or a packed
lunch will have been provided in the morning. In the afternoon
we proceed for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel,
a natural link between Lake Edward and Lake George. Enjoy
abundant bird life such as such as African Fish eagle, Grey
headed king fisher, Swamp flycatcher, Grey capped Warbler,
Great White nad Pink backed Pelican, Great and long tailed
Cormorants, Common Squaco Heron, African open billed stock,
Pied kingfishers, Black crake, swamp fly catcher among others
and
the hundreds of hippos that are cooling off at the shores,
this cruise will definitely be one of the highlights of
your safari. Return to your accommodation and enjoy beautiful
sunset. |

Day 9: Queen Elizabeth
to Bwindi gorilla national park
After an early morning game drive, proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable
Forest the home to the Mountain Gorillas. In case you are
tracking Nkuringo or Nshongi Gorilla groups on the Southern
sector of Bwindi, the driver will drop you at Buhoma to start
a 5-6 hour walk to Nkuringo with the Nkuringo Walking Safaris
as your driver drives around for 6 hours to meet you in Nkuringo.
Overnight depending on Gorilla group.

Day 10: Gorilla
Tracking
After an early breakfast, report to the ranger station for
registration and briefing by one of the ranger guides. Head
into the forest in search of the Gorillas, the time taken
and the terrain vary with the movement of these great giants.
Depending on the time of return, afternoon guided walk on
the Munyanga River trail, or a community guided walk will
be organized with visits to the Batwa people, traditional
doctors and blacksmith, this will be summed up with entertainment
from the Local Youth group members, Dinner and overnight at
the same as above. Day 11: Bwindi – Kampala
Early in the morning, depart for Kampala passing you through
the homesteads with lunch stop at Agip Motel Mbarara and
stop at the Equator then head to Entebbe to your accommodation
either The Boma Guesthouse/ Gately inn
Day 12: Departure
Depending on time of your flight, relax at the beach in
Entebbe or visit the rescued chimpanzee at Ngamba Island,
and then be transferred to the Airport for your flight.
