DAYS SAMBURU/NAKURU/MAASAI MARA/SWEETWATERS TENTED CAMP/ABERDARES

Day 1:
Nairobi-Maasai Mara National Reserve
Depart Nairobi in the Morning for masai mara passing through
the dramatic Great Rift Valley stopping at the view point,
Ascend the western rim of the valley crossing the loita
plains (maasai-land),see red-clad maasai warriors tend their
multi-colored herds amongst plains game. Game viewing enroute
to lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive inside the most
scenic park in Kenya where great concentration of game is
seen including the "Big Five". Dinner and overnight
at mara sopa lodge/Keekorok lodge. |

Day 2: Maasai mara National
Reserve Morning and afternoon game viewing inside
the Park. Search for wild game black manned lion for which
Mara is famous for, cheetah, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra,
leopard, grants gazelle are quite common, even the rare
rhino might come out of the thicket for you, hyenas are
plentiful, Extend your drive to the hippo point where schools
of hippo submerge on the approach of vehicles only to surface
seconds later to shot and gamble their displeasure as the
crocodiles sunbathe on the river banks mouths agape. Between
meals there is optional visit to the maasai villages for
an insight to their culture if clients so wish. Meals and
overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge/keekorok lodge similar. Optional

| Day 3: Maasai
Mara-Lake Nakuru National Park Early morning
(before breakfast) game viewing drive at maasai Mara in
search of any wild game you might have missed previously.
Return to lodge for breakfast and afterwards depart for
Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch. Lake Nakuru is referred
as pink lake for it's thousands of pink flamingos and other
bird life-it's a bird watchers paradise. It has a surprisingly
number of animals, it is a rhino sanctuary and the "Big
Five" except the elephant can be seen here, afternoon
game drive .Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge/Sarova
Lion Hill lodge.
Day 4:Sweetwater's Tented Camp
Breakfast at the lodge and depart for Sweetwaters arriving
in time for lunch at the Sweetwaters tented camp, overlooks
a floodlit waterhole offering visitors an unforgettable
opportunity to view and shoot photographs of animals in
their natural habitat. Game drive in the sanctuary or walking
safari escorted by a knowledgeable ranger, bird-walks, camel
safaris, or chimpanzee sanctuary observed from a boat on
the Ewaso Nyiro River, elephants, rhino among others reside
here. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters tented camp. |

| Day 5: Samburu
National Reserve Breakfast and depart for a journey
to the northern part which is rugged semi-desert, stop at
the equator point to take pictures, arrive Samburu in time
for lunch. It is blessed with species rarely found elsewhere.
Dinner and overnight at Samburu lodge / Samburu Serena lodge.
Day 6: Samburu.
Morning and afternoon game drive. See the rare liver red
reticulated giraffe, Grevy's zebra, Beisa oryx. longneck
gerenuk antelopes, Somali ostrich, Vulturine guinea fowl
also elephants, buffalo, cheetah, leopard, lion and bird-life
is notable. Optional visit to Samburu villages. Meals and
overnight at Samburu lodge / Samburu Serena lodge. |

| Day 7: Aberdares
National Park Treetops lodge
Morning game drive in Samburu. Breakfast and depart for
Treetops in the Aberdares National Park arriving in time
for lunch at the Outspan Country Club. Afternoon transfer
to Treetops Lodge for floodlit game viewing among them Elephants,
Rhino, Leopard, Bushbuck, Elusive Bongo , Giant Forest Hog
etc. Dinner and overnight at the Treetops Lodge.
Day 8: Nairobi
Breakfast and depart for Nairobi arriving in the afternoon
for lunch, depending on time of your flight, spend the afternoon
shopping for souvenirs in a local market, thereafter you
will be transferred to the Airport.
